This is LexTower, the headquarters of LexCorp.
The original LexTower was a fairly impressive structure in its own right; however following the "reboot" caused by Brainiac 13, it is now an architectural marvel of the modern world.
The new LexTower is the tallest office building in the world, rising an impressive 307 stories to beat out the PETRONAS Twin Towers in Malaysia!
The twin towers rise like double monoliths, dominating the city skyline, reminding all who see them of the true master of Metropolis.
Even Lex Luthor isn't fully aware of the incredible nature of his office building.
His private office with the large circular window made of "mutable glass" gives him a view of the entire city.
The board room has its own share of surprises, including a special way to get rid of unwanted Board members!
The true purpose of the new LexTower was made horribly clear during the war with Imperiex in the summer of 2001. Braniac 13, from its headquarters in the new Warworld, used the LexTower as a cannon, to fire an energy burst at the dark planet Apokolips. Braniac 13 apparently wished to use the LexTower as ground central for its attack on the universe. However, Lex Luthor was able to sneak into the building and foil B13's plot.
Still, with Braniac 13 no longer an issue, it may take years before all the secrets of the LexTower are made available either to Lex Luthor, or to Talia Head, current CEO of LexCorp during the Luthor Administration.
